Why You Should NOT Do a Bootcamp Workout

If you want to lose weight or tone muscle, forget about doing a bootcamp workout! Did you know your body fat hates a bootcamp workout?

Your muffin top, thunder thighs and jelly belly will curse the ground you walk on. So if you want your stubborn body fat to stick around, forget about doing a bootcamp workout.

Here's why:

Your selfish body fat wants you to remain sedentary and eat fatty foods all day, every day. It wants you to buy larger clothes or squeeze into your existing wardrobe. However, a bootcamp workout will disturb your body fat's warm dwelling place, while you work to build muscles you never knew you had. Meanwhile, you gain a boost in your endurance, your strength and your confidence, melting useless body fat and transforming your body into a lean muscle machine.

With the intensity of a bootcamp workout, your body fat won't know what hit it. Moving from exercise to exercise, your body fat will run for cover, thinking a tornado hit. The best part is just when you determine you can't do that last push-up, your trainer and fellow campers are there to cheer you on. The mere energy you feel during your workout will keep you burning calories throughout the day.

So tell your stubborn body fat to start packing because with your bootcamp workouts, lean muscle is moving in.
